The forum runs an annual Domestic Violence Training & Awareness
Day for front-line staff, usually in November. Click here to see the flier for the 2007 Domestic
Violence Training & Awareness Day which will be held on Tuesday
20th November 2007, at Girton College, Cambridge. Prior booking
is essential.

Current Projects
|
A Supervised Contact Centre to
enable safe contact with violent ex-partners for those children
awarded contact by the courts.
Working towards preventing homelessness for victims. We aim to
do this by providing multi-agency solutions including security
measures for the home including alarms with direct lines to the
Police, fast track access to legal advice/injunctions, and referral
to agencies that provide support.

Balloon Launches in Cambridgeshire
- November 2003
Black and red balloons were launched to symbolise deaths in the
area from domestic violence and the number of incidents reported
to the police, along with several hundred white ones balloons
to symbolise the many incidents that go unreported.
